I had a fantastic short break at a hotel in the middle of Nottingham. The room was compact but had everything I needed and it was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. The breakfast was superb, with a good variety of options. The location was ideal, just minutes away from theaters, casinos, bars, and restaurants. It was the perfect choice for a city break.
The air conditioning in the room made a loud noise even when turned off, which affected my sleep. Despite bringing this up with the staff, a satisfactory solution wasn't provided.

The food was well presented - plenty of options. We ate in the good restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Theatre Royal.
Facilities were very clean, even so Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Secondly, the staff here are amazing - always friendly, helpful, and attentive to all our needs. It's great to be greeted with genuine smiles and feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The fluffy bathrobe and slippers provided made us feel truly pampered. this hotel offers great value for money, with impeccable service and lovely rooms.
All in all, our stay was fantastic and we couldn't find any faults.

Location: the property was not far from shops, nearby transport-buses, trams and trains and theatre. The whole experience was excellent.
